Left (cyl 4-6) 078109087C and Right (cyl 1-3) 078109088C tensioners are not interchangeable. In the absence of the part number stamped in the body of the tensioner, position could be determined by oil gallery holes, as per illustration. If you mixed the tensioners, to reinstall them you will need the compressor: 991 040 (3366) - shown below.
